I had very pleasant experience at Dr Klein office. The technician Suleki was pleasure to be with. She was very professional and kind. Excellent bedside manner. Overall very welcoming.

Don't waste your time. I came in today for a physical. I showed up 15 minutes early for may appointment. And spent 45 minutes sitting in their waiting room. A half hour after my appointment was supposed to start, I asked why I had not even been shown to an exam room yet. The receptionist told me she her job was simply to check people in and this is out of her hands. So, I sat for another 15 minutes and then let them know that I had work to do and wanted to know when I would see the doctor. I was told that there were VIP Concierge patients who would be seen ahead of me and if this is a problem I can reschedule. Needless to say, I am not rescheduling with a doctor who does not value his patients and their time.
